Most 2 & 3 Bed Properties will be on Average £15 - £25 for a regular service clean.
Most 4 - 6 Bed Properties up to 3 Story will be on Average
£20 - £30 per side
4 - 6 Story Properties £100 per side
First time cleans will often be double as we hard wash all the ground in dirt before finishing with pure water
